The time of the posting is incorrect

I just replied one post - Fast Action Crappie at 10:37pm but it showed as 11:37pm.
Could you fix that? It should not be too hard to do that, right?

Hi, I think this time zone plus summer day-light saving time setting needs to be updated on per user level, via User Control Panel.
