求教：轮子的工具

入手了一些二手上手轮。因为二手，所以绝大部分除了轮子本身之外一丝不挂别无他物，什么工具，润滑油脂，说明书，分解图统统没有。其它的好办，就是工具比较难办。

前几日觉得其中一个轮子的handle的一端有点变形，今天才无意发现是因为hanle nut没有锁紧，导致handle松垮歪斜，handle本身非常端正，没有任何问题。
handle nut实在太松，用手直接就拧下来了。nut是陷在handle里，普通的wrench根本就无法施展。那么问题来了，应该用什么工具将此nut稳妥地锁紧呢？
别跟我说用钳子啊 前两天刚用钳子干废了一个handle nut，drive shaft也身受重伤

nut明明是亮闪闪的不锈钢，是如何拍出这锈迹斑斑的效果的

工具已买。metric，imperial各1套。Daiwa的尺寸确实很怪异，imperial要么太小要么太大，幸亏metric 10mm基本吻合（还是偏大一点点！），几近完美搞定！

注意，Daiwa 故意换成不标准尺寸非整数尺寸。不精确套筒可能会导致滑牙或损伤nuts留下非常明显的痕迹。

夹判国 HH 工作室 有卖专门工具，保证拆卸无痕。

but your problem is how to avoid that nut come loose again
there should a cap, that is now missing in your pic, to cover things up and govern the nut from turning loose..
like modern baitcasters, except the nowadays ones are not with the nut recessed making it hard to work on with..
find the right sized spring washer, insert before tightening the nut, that should do it..

考虑到楼主全球采购器材，你的套筒买一套都不够，最少两套，一套公制，一套英制。

but your problem is how to avoid that nut come loose again
there should a cap, that is now missing in your pic, to cover things up and govern the nut from turning loose..
like modern baitcasters, except the nowadays ones are not with the nut recessed making it hard to work on with..
find the right sized spring washer, insert before tightening the nut, that should do it..

in his case, there is no space for lock washer. maybe a drop of thread lock helps?

in his case, there is no space for lock washer. maybe a drop of thread lock helps?

whatever.....加点 PTFE 胶布也行
但我仍取弹弓戒指, 空位还是有的....此罗母只起把手柄定位作用,不用受大拉力,少上一两瓣牙没问题吧

考虑到楼主全球采购器材，你的套筒买一套都不够，最少两套，一套公制，一套英制。

轮子本身没多少钱，这些个工具置办下来都能抵几个轮子了。
不过该买还得买，买二手轮不就是为了折腾嘛

再细看螺母旁在手柄上的那六个元点突台应该是用来锁住螺母的, 但多用了,損毁了就失去锁母作用, 故螺母會鬆..
再把螺母用whatever 收緊后, 把螺母和retainer 蓋上后之间的空间简单地用whatever 填滿, 螺母將不會再鬆脱...
当然 用thread lock 或 PTFE tape 牢固螺母也可以...

手柄那卩份应該是鋁合金压铸出来的, 螺母是钢造的....扭盡時螺母的尖角會食入較soft的元点, 大概是这样, 或之间应有一橡胶垫圈亦未定

没太明白，是否可以先上螺母，后上六个小螺丝。

那些是handle上的6个凸起，无法上螺丝。
