Here are the facts:
In the last 31 days, only 13 partners have received tickets. In total, 86 partners have reached out about receiving tickets since September 2014.
With nearly a million uberX trips per month, you're chances of getting a bylaw ticket are extremely low.
As always, if you receive a ticket, bring it to our attention and we will take care of it for you.
These types of infractions do not affect your insurance, driving, or criminal records.
Uber is collaborating with the City to update bylaws to include uberX.

We will always stand behind the hardworking community of driver partners in Toronto as you work to safely transport Torontonians across our city.
