马达又不尿尿了，怎么回事儿？

送到dealer了吗？不要过了保修期了，不要自己动手啊，不然他们会耍赖。

部长所言正是， 那天浪大，船舱进水，吃水较深， 鸡鸡确实被淹在水中一段时间，然后突然熄火

我这马达的位置较低，有时为了在大浪里行船需要把马达压得很低以便船头切水，所以鸡鸡会压入水中，(手册上说的)

现学现卖，今天读了马达维护保养书，里面很重要一条就是，一定要把鸡鸡露出水面，从上往下尿，不能在水里尿，这样会烧缸。切记

不太明白，鸡鸡的位置那么高，怎么可能在水下了？

顺带请教一个问题， 一般多久用水冲一次那个FLUSH的口？

Well, one may never be loving his motor too much...say once every several outings
This may avoid muds, sands building up inside the cooling passages & fittings..

Though I rarely noticed my friend flush his motors over all the years
...Merc 90/2stroke, Yammy 150/4 stroke, Merc 150/4 stroke...never had any cooling issue..
Had experienced a lot of clogging on that 90, all fixed by use of nylon tie or thin wire to clean out the telltale (outlet hole) from outside & inside...
Bigger motors could be more forgiving in this department I'd guess, as they have bigger everything which may not get clogged as often as the smaller ones..

估计dealer也就flush了一下就好了.以后自己也记得经常flush,只有好处没有坏处.

不是太赞同这说法,时常flush还是很有必要的,不flush的话引擎里面的cooling水路里会渐渐有deposits build up,管路粗,有些deposits自然没什么大碍,等时间久了,多了,就慢慢出问题了,而那时候,flush已经不能完全清除干净甚至无能为力了.

你的大马达,肯定有接口的,一般在机头下面有段几公分的管子和接口,平时是固定好的,flush时,旋下,套上水管,直接用水冲洗呗,这是最简单的flush,如果细致点,还可以同时在下面套上耳朵套flush,看youtube视频很多介绍.另外,你马达手册上有flush接口的说明的.

Flushing via the flushing port...no need to run engine, pump will not be flushed this way..
Flushing via the lower unit intake by use of ear muff...need to run engine, is simulating the exact cooling water circulation when motor is running on water..
