据说超市冰鲜碧古都是野生的，咋就感觉不如米糊的碧古好吃呢?您给分析分析

冰过的不及当天上水落鑊的好吃是硬道理吧。。。分銷过程冰的时间不會短

还以为是厨艺不及。

我基本都是食超市的，确实不怎样，虽然看起来很新鲜。钓来冰过的都好得多。

所谓冰鲜鱼，就是冰了后再鲜(化冻)，再冰再化冻。这样折腾怎会好吃? 鹅从不买冰鲜的，鹅直接买速冻的。就是那种鳞没刮肚子没开的冰冻鱼，不比死去的活鱼差。
