"To launch: unlock and slide motor forward until the motor is out just past the support. It's a balance, out too far and it drops. But it has to be out far enough that it's not touching the bracket.
Now with the boat sitting level just use the remote to turn left and right. The motor will drop. If it doesn't lock down just point the motor toward the back and GO, it ll lock."....per video owner
