关于救生衣，规定是船上每人一个，可以不用穿在身上。我是一直穿着，而且不要那种充气的。有一种情况，是人莫名地昏厥，你根本没有时间穿救生衣，或吹气，或拉绳充气。

Know the weather
Know where you will fish
Plan the route that you/your rig can handle when weather turns bad
Last not least, know when to call it quit.....
and always put on the life jacket AND the kill swtich lanyard
And make sure you are equipped to climb back onto the boat by your own should you fall overboard...
