我知道用bluetooth没问题，但有线耳机一直没搞清楚。

应该是不违法，因为接电话的那一刻应该和你听收音机换台没有什么区别，讲电话的时候又不用双手。

但是话说回来了，开车的时候还是尽量不要讲电话，因为还是会分散你的注意力，我的原则是开车时尽量不讲电话，如果非接不可的电话，也尽量长话短说！

我感觉这条有关法律貌似本身有问题:

如果开车时用手指去按手机的一个键, 就可能给被开了 TICKET(不管您用手指去按手机的一个键后是否要打或接电话)

如果开车时用手指去按车内的收音机或 CD PLAY 的一个键或一百多个键, 连续按一百多次, 没问题.

感觉 -是否合法，应该从你开车时是否“手持”电话来界定，用手指去按车或手机的一个键，应该没问题。最好找个警察问问。

个人理解，戴耳机听电话不违法，如果在手机上拨号可能不行。

看来只要不是手持电话，打电话或发text应该还可以的。规定感觉说的不够细。

你看我前面发的，那个是官方的说明，应该是很清楚了。

只要不是手拿着电话，接听是可以的，但不可以按键，发Text更是一抓一个准。原则上用手去调收音机，查通讯录都是不允许的。

用手去调节收音机，也是不合法的?

如此说来, 汽车本色提供的收音机, CD PLAYER, 卫星RADIO等号称功能有多好多强大. 狗屁! 开车的人在驾驶过程中都不可以去调去碰键的....

得! 这法律又几乎白搭了. 有什么用?

既然要实施这法律, 有本事有胆量别附加任何例外啊, 比如即使是死人了, 驾驶人在行车过程中也严禁打任何电话包括911... 那才算最牛比的呢.
